From the moment I stepped in, VIA delivered authenticity, charm, and an unmistakable sense of care in everything they do. This isn’t just Italian food—it’s Italian soul on a plate. Every dish I tried was unbelievable: fresh, vibrant, and masterfully prepared. The ingredients spoke for themselves—bright tomatoes, fragrant basil, handmade pasta, perfectly balanced sauces. About the worst service I have ever received...Had to place my own chairs for a seating of 6 people, wasn't served any water until we had to ask while our entrée got to our table. We had to pour our own water. Not only did the server ask us which bill our food was going to be on while we ordered, the server forgot who's plate was who's. Felt like the whole experience was very sloppy, this isn't a relaxing place to eat at. Felt like I was just an Atm machine and not a customer. The waiter also asked how much tip we wanted to put on the bill, last time I checked, that is disclosed by the customer not the waiter. Food was average, a place to preferably order out.
