Dairy Queen Pie IX — Local services in Montreal

This dairy queen is one of the worst I’ve had to deal with. Weather I order in person or though uber eat I am always left unsatisfied with the service. In person the employees are rude and treat me and my family with no respect at all. You feel rushed to know what you want and they speak to you in a domineering/condescending tone of voice so you order faster. Staff very polite and kind and courteous not to mention the owner always in a good mood! It’s a Pleasure to go there.. portions are big and the ice cream is soooo good .. I live closer to the Dairy Queen on lacordaire and couture , the staff there was rude, couldn’t crack a smile . I once complained about a staff dropping cones on the dirty floor and she put them back 🤢.. I haven’t been there in 3 yrs hopefully they’ve improved but I’m certainly not going...
