Read moreWent there on Saturday with my husband. We get to the front wait about 8 minutes no one comes to sit us, so we go by ourselves and sit down. Waiter comes by, drops 2 menus on the table, no hello, nothing. Not a word. Pours water, makes a spill and leave it there. Finally, my husband, waves at himto tell him what entrée we would like, no suggestions, neither for food or drinks.... appetizers show up. We have to wave him down again to order our main course. They barely touched their food. We were also told soft drinks were no longer included, even though the menu said they were.
We left frustrated and disappointed. What used to be one of our favorite spots now feels careless and flavorless. Hope management takes feedback seriously—good service and honest communication matter more...
