My family and friends have praised and loved Vincent's food for years.
So it's difficult for me to leave this review cause I ordered twice recently, the last time on February 14th, 2025 which happened to be a treat to make my boyfriend happy for his birthday and for Valentine's, as we have all been telling him how much the subs with pizza dough are the best, all to pay well over $80, for 2 subs ( Le Coq & Special Vincent) packed up and delivered to us with raw white sticky uncooked pizza dough.
Due to the raw dough, we could not enjoy our meal, and they went straight in the garbage. Not to mention, we also ordered onion rings that the box was almost empty and drenched in soggy oil that we tasted and threw away, and a garden salad, which was the only thing we could eat.
I have also now been waiting for 6 days for Uber Eats to resolve this and refund me for the 2 raw pizza dough subs, which cost extra for them to be made in pizza dough, which makes me feel robbed.
The last time we ordered, we tried the new New York style pizza, which was also not cooked properly and left those who ate some with stomach pains and bathroom runs.
My boyfriend spent the last month reminding me how he was so excited to finally get to his birthday and have these subs, all for this experience that now makes us all never want to order or recommend Vincent's again to anyone.
I don't know who made the pizza dough bread that night, or why they thought pulling it out of the oven still white and smelling like flour and sticky/gluey was a good idea to add toppings on and send out for delivery, but you can hurt someone if they eat it and aren't aware that raw pizza dough is dangerous to consume.
It's also not normal that Uber Eats has left this issue hanging without response for 6 whole days, and nothing can be done about it. This is unnaceptable.
$87.65 worth of food thrown in the garbage isn't the review I was ever imagining having to leave here, when in the past, the food has been nothing but stellar quality and fully cooked.
I'm attaching pictures , but unfortunately, my camera doesn't show the raw sticky white properly, especially cause of the toppings in between, making it soggy. But anyone who bakes and cooks would know right away just by the color and texture it was raw and undercooked. You could see the white flour dots and smell it. I am also adding an additional picture of the same Le Coq sub made with fully cooked pizza dough that I ordered on January 7th, 2025, to show the comparison and difference from what we received on February 14th, 2025.
Thanks for ruining a birthday and valentines Vincent and Uber Eats. This order deserved zero stars, and it's unfortunate that Google forces us to...

we ordered for delivery and as the lady on the phone was taking our order, she was talking to someone else at the same time
an hour went by so WE called and asked for an update as it’s been an hour.. they said that the guy just left with the order, should be there soon.
they called us back, we picked up and the lady said the guy had tried calling us multiple times, we check and he called ONCE
we call him back, he asked what our address was (let’s remember that the lady said he was already on the way awhile ago).. we tell him and he says no « non, c’est trop loin » ONE HOUR AND 30 MINS AFTER WE ORDERED
we called back and the lady said that it’s because he’d been trying to call us multiple times over the past 15 mins.. reminder that he called ONCE 2 minutes before the lady called.. she asked what our address was again 😭😅 we said nevermind and hung up
just believe the reviews and...
Read moreIt's a small restaurant with Italian-American themed fare. The sit down space is limited, but service is pretty fast -- even when they're busy.
The standard pizza toppings in a sub is the namesake of the restaurant and it's what I tried the first few times. The subs aren't too bad at all. Nothing special, in spite of the utter lack of decent restaurants in Montreal-Nord.
But then... I went recently with my husband we decided to share a pizza. I was floored with the quality of the crust with its crisp bottom and marbled edges. Add to that a great pizza sauce that was properly seasoned. Even the toppings were fresh and flavourful. I'll definitely be coming back to try some of their other pizzas.
Just skip the pasta or other generic Italian-American bastardizations and just get one of their pizzas. You...
