Was trying to order my preferred meal online. It was clearly indicated that the store cannot accommodate allergies. Went to the store. Attempted to ask the following question: I am about to order online, however, I can't take onions. Would it be possible to make my meal without onions? The gentleman who was at the cash didn't even listen. He simply said: please, order. There was clearly a language barrier. The gentleman didn't speak English and his French was VERY limited. All of a sudden, another gentleman came from the back of the restaurant. He asked me what the issue was. I explained. The gentleman at least spoke reasonable French. The gentleman said that it was possible to mention allergies and intolerances online. I showed him opened site on my cell and asked to show me how. The gentleman backed up and said that that he was a cashier and knew nothing about online ordering. I asked him how he knew if was possible if he knows nothing. He said that since I am on-site I could order here and now. I again mentioned that this was not my question. He was clearly deferring as much as he could. He was speaking extremely loudly, it a point it was completely unpleasant. Finally, I placed my order. I was waiting at the table in front of personnel. I waited really long time. While waiting, the three employees behind the counter were speaking a language which is clearly neither French, nor English. They were talking to each other loudly to a point, I thought they were arguing. Was really unpleasant. The place was not busy. It took a while to prepare my meal. Finally I asked. I was told that my meal was ready a while ago. Again, I asked, what prevevented personnel from advising me. All three employees started laughing and simply repeated that my meal was ready. It was for takeout. Rice noodles, beef and Chinese broccoli. When I came home and opened my meal, I found only a couple of very tiny pieces of beef and broccoli. 99% of my meal was noodles.

If you decide to respond to my review, PLEASE, avoir saying something like : 'we are sorry to hear about your bad experience".
I have read other bad reviews. I am clearly not the first one to complain about customer service and meal quality. Actions speak much louder than words, so instead of saying fake "we are so sorry ", improving customer service and quality of meals...

Read moreGreat and fast service! I order for takeout online and call at the restaurant because I couldn't write any notes regarding to have one regular pad sew and one no vegetable pad sew online and the person on the phone had no issue to do that ❤️
When I pick up at the counter, the restaurant is very clean, maybe one of the cleanest Thai Express I've been in the Montreal area !
I order two beef Pad Sew there ! The portion is great! I don't know why people seem to complain in the reviews regarding on the portion size. Taste slightly bit too salty for me but aside of that had great customer service and food is good in term of taste and quantity! It feed a family of 3 and I think I found my new to go spot to order Thai Express...
