I would of left a zero but don't have the option. Placed an order for pizza tonight. I had articulated very clearly on the pizza's. The order came in a timely matter being Halloween, a bit longer than normal, but hey I understand that it was busy considering that it was Halloween. Pizza's came and the "special" order that was to be without green peppers arrived. I had articulated clearly what was supposed to be on the pizza. When I called to let them know it was wrong, it was like I was wrong. Not a good start with PR. Not a good start at all. Mind you I had the exact same problems 9 months ago on the same pizza's, communication is a problem there. They sent out a "replacement" pizza, the same newly made pizza came back again!! The problem with green peppers, is that the person who wanted their pizza without green peppers is allergic to the them!! Pizza came, opened it in front of the driver and there was green peppers on it. I lost it, even though I am a very calm person, phoned back to complain and used some very strong language!! Got an apology, but still wasn't happy for previously said reasons. Talked to whomever, don't know who he was, maybe the owner?, told him what happened, in colorful language, about tonight and the previous issues 9 months ago, and said he lost a customer. Pizza finally came the way I had requested two attempts ago. The attitude, communication and people skills need to improve drastically!! Two and half hours later the pizza arrive, for my little sister. Thankfully she wasn't starving and to wait that long to get a pizza right is absolutely insane. Overall they never really accepted that they screwed up, sad really. What started as a pretty decent pizza place has completely turned me off from patronizing...
Read moreVisiting Moosejaw figured I’d Google top pizza places. TG Pizza came up within the top few. The guy who answered the phone talked about watching videos in terms of cheese quantity etc. A very interesting person to say the least. I had to repeat what I wanted 5x. Meat Lovers(NO salami).
The first pizza shows up with ONLY salami on it! I called back and whoever answered the phone says he knew what happened. When I asked what he said “we are very busy” and hung up the phone. RUDE
The replacement pizza shows up and it’s completely the wrong pizza again (All Dressed).
I called back and the same arrogant guy answers the phone and says “I made you a new pizza I’m not sending you another one”, slams down the phone on me. RUDE AND EITHER BRAVE OR JUST STUPID
I called back and tore a strip off him telling him not only is he a poor businessman for hanging up the phone but also in how he failed to properly address their screw ups… I also explained to him that it was completely the wrong pizza, he says… “oh you ordered a Meat Lovers”… I realized these people are incapable or under some other influence and that I simply do not trust them to make my pizza. I insisted they refund my money or that I would deal with the matter face-to-face and on any legal level I saw fit.
A refund showed up on my door 15 minutes later. I still left the elderly delivery driver with a $10 tip.

I really hope they respond to this message as I would love to hear what they have to say by way of a defence.
Overall there’s nothing notably special about this pizza.. save the headache and throw a dart at any other...
Read moreTerrible customer service tonight! Very rude and aggressive. Your should try and answer the phone like a business, the phone rang and it was just "hi" I had to ask if it was tjs pizza? And then over charged me. I phone to ask why the price he gave me was different then my online order( i did the order to see what it would cost and then phoned) . He couldn't give me a reason but argued.. also he was getting agitated because I could not understand him and had to ask him to repeat 6 or 7 times. Very disappointed as I really enjoy tjs but I will find a different pizza...
