Customer Compliment for Varsha – July 27, 2025

I visited the Subway restaurant on the morning of July 27, 2025, around 11 a.m. with my children. As always, Varsha welcomed us with her beautiful smile. I truly believe her warm, smiling face is one of the most beautiful things about this place.

She carefully listened to my children’s orders and kindly answered all of their questions. She made our sandwiches with care, and when the kids wanted cookies, she kindly explained that choosing a meal deal would also include a drink – such a thoughtful suggestion!

One of the reasons I love going to Subway in our neighborhood with my kids is because of the clean store, fresh ingredients, and most of all, Varsha’s kind and friendly service. She has a very special way of making every customer feel truly welcomed and appreciated.

Worse subway I’ve ever been to! Orders 2 foot longs, 2 kids sandwiches and a veggie salad and they skimped on everything! The salad was so small it was smaller then any side salad at a restaurant and when I told them I wanted extra spinach they literally took 2 pieces more and the shredded cheese they put 1/2 tsp on a full size salad the subs I asked to be extra toasted and they were cold when we bit into them not even the cheese was melted and my kids sandwiches where thrown into a kids bag unwrapped! We go to a subway at least once a week and I have never had such a bad experience at subway before I would recommend you try Tim hortons or anything else cause this isn’t...

Subway tasted like subway but the customer service was horrible.. like horrible i went on 16 February and i was with my friend that was a known of the employees and as soon as we walked in first thing they asked was quote are you dining in and the worst part was.. no greeting at all the.. and yes asking about dining in is a common practice but she asked it because she wanted my friend to do something for her and the employee name Arsh yelled at a couple in front of me quote why are you staring at me.. when they were just simply looking what she was doing.. and yes they are rude, don’t know how to...
