Always get my order wrong in drive through, they should put people who speak english better on the drive through speaker because im actualy sick of them messing up my order ,mary browns is expensive enough and i pick it up when i dont have time to cook and everytime from this location i have to go back to the store n try to plead my case about how my order was wrong ,sometimes they even charge me for my correct order and still give me the wrong order im just done with this location ive been going there for over 30 years my aunt used ro work there,years later i had a gf work there for years as well but this is the last time they mess up my order im just not returning to this location. I dont even want my order fixed nor do i have time to go back and get it. They shouldve got it right the first time. This happend the last 3 times in a row im just sick of it i dont have time or patience to be dealing wirh this,i cant be the only one this happens to if it happend to me my last 3 visits spread weeks apart. I had one of the most frustrating and uncomfortable experiences at the Mary Brownâs drive-thru recently. From the moment I started placing my order, the staff kept repeating things I never said, constantly getting it wrong no matter how clearly I tried to explain. It felt less like a misunderstanding and more like they were deliberately messing with me.
The tone they used was dismissive, and instead of trying to clarify or fix the mistakes, they acted like I was the problem. It honestly felt like I was being bullied. I left the drive-thru feeling disrespected and upset â not something youâd expect when all youâre trying to do is grab some food.
