McDonald's — Restaurant in Mount Pearl

on sunday past i was there and i have never seen such a dirty, messy place in my life. the garbage was full to the point that the flap wouldn't close and on top were trays full of garbage. the floors were also full of napkins, used containers, etc. i went to the counter and told a girl how dirty it was there and she said they were trying to get someone to go out and clean it up. she was about 18 and probably did not have any authority. for a muffin i waited at least 10 minutes and then when i got it in a paper bag and opened it, it was so burned that it was hard to cut, so i returned it and got a fresher one. i was eating in the restaurant and i don't know why it was in a paper bag. i go there quite often and this is the dirtiest i have ever seen it. hopefully, things will improve at...

Food is pretty standard. Some of the staff needs some serious customer service training. I was the only car at the speakers waiting to order. There were 2 cars ahead of me who had already ordered and we're waiting to pay I waited 5 minutes, said 'hello' 3 times and no answer. I assumed the speakers were broken and pulled ahead to make my order at the window. I got to the window and was rudely told that I needed to wait at the speaker for my order to be taken. I told the guy that I had waited five minutes and said hello a number of times with no answer and so I pulled up. He then again rudely said - what do you want. Absolutely the worst place to go to. I have been here several times and since the end of the lockdown, this outlet has disappointed again and again with most unprofessional staff who could not care less about quality of service or products. Also most products on offer are not available at any time, Today i was served with cold coffee and on complaint a replacement was provided which was just as cold as the replaced one. On top of that, the apple pie was stone cold too. The floor staff were non apologetic, however the manager was sympathetic and returned our payment. I will not recommend any one visiting this outlet.
