Bistro 54 — Restaurant in Mount Royal

I have the wonderful opportunity to dine and take out at Bistro 54 on a number of occasions. Located at Hockey Etcetera (5916 Cote de Liiesse) Cote. This hidden gem has delicious soups, the brisque soup, won ton and recently enjoyed a very tasty and spicy Tom Yum are few examples. The daily specials are excellent, with selections as ribs, pastas and wonderful sandwich specials. There is a full bar and espresso service. The staff are professional, approachable and cordial. The are a number of tv's as well . This is great place to visit after your hockey game or just to stop by for lunch or supper and experience fine dining in a comfortable and affordable setting....

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this bistro. The customer service was shockingly rude, making the entire dining experience unpleasant. To make matters worse, I found hair in my food, which is completely unacceptable. The staff's behavior and the lack of hygiene in the kitchen were major drawbacks.
