What an absolute disgrace. I asked for something as simple as having my food packed to take away, and your staff exploded into a fit of rage. Not only did they refuse, but they rudely demanded I remove the tray â when my only intention was to give the leftovers to the homeless. Pathetic.
Your staffâs behavior was disgusting, unprofessional, and a complete embarrassment to your so-called âbrand.â You plaster brochures everywhere preaching values, but in reality you put the rudest, most untrained people at the front line. Shameful.
To make things worse, the food itself was cold and lazily reheated. For a brand that pretends to stand for quality, this is laughable.
