What an absolute disgrace. I asked for something as simple as having my food packed to take away, and your staff exploded into a fit of rage. Not only did they refuse, but they rudely demanded I remove the tray — when my only intention was to give the leftovers to the homeless. Pathetic.

Your staff’s behavior was disgusting, unprofessional, and a complete embarrassment to your so-called “brand.” You plaster brochures everywhere preaching values, but in reality you put the rudest, most untrained people at the front line. Shameful.

To make things worse, the food itself was cold and lazily reheated. For a brand that pretends to stand for quality, this is laughable.

This experience was vile from start to finish. If this is the way you treat paying customers, then your reputation is nothing but marketing garbage. Fix your staff, fix your food, or...

My wife and I visited the ROYALMOUNT mall recently and found ourselves hungry but short on time. Being big fans of Le Taj on Stanley, we decided to give the Royalmount location a try. We asked how long it would take to prepare our order, and the staff said about 10 minutes—pretty impressive for dishes like Chicken Biryani, Butter Chicken, and Naan.

We opted for takeout, and WOW—what an experience! The food was ready as promised, and I couldn’t resist starting on it while on the road. Everything was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and fresh, just as we expected from Le Taj.
