Me and my partner ordered 2 medium pizzas, both had pepperoni and bacon, while hers had black olives and was to be gluten free. When I called to make this order I requested gluten free at least 3 times along with the black olives over the phone. The employee taking my order read the order back and they didn't mention the gluten free or the black olives I requested, which I clarified before hanging up. I get there and they charged me a medium and a large pizza, the receipt stated that the large pizza was gluten free, but no olives. I requested the black olives while I was at the till, waited for 15 minutes and they hand me the pizza, I get home and discovered that they gave me a large peperoni pizza, wasn't gluten free crust, no bacon or olives. I called to speak with the manager, whom rectified the order by giving us the proper pizza I ordered, but first stated that the large pizza i got was gluten free; which it wasn't, not to mention the fact that this establishment only serves gluten free pizza in the medium size, yet still punched it on the receipt as a large. The pizza itself looked a bit on the burnt side, but it was acceptable. When I went back to pick up the gluten free pizza I asked the manager what the difference was for the large peperoni, which was about 4.50$ which was stated as a "credit" for my next visit. So to summerize if you're gluten intolerant you will need to triple check your order to make sure it's correct. If I was to give one piece of advice it would be to train your employees on taking orders, because this isn't the first time. I will give benefit of the doubt, I understand you can't compare a new crew with the old, but this was fairly frustrating.
The pictures provided are the medium I ordered and the large peperoni I got instead of the gluten free option. With the receipt, you can clearly see how the gluten free option is tagged on like they serve different sized gluten free...
Read moreI wasn’t expecting the best of the best, but overall the experience was very unpleasant and weird. The server wasn’t very bubbly/friendly (that I could live with), I ordered the Philly Cheese Sandwich and side Caesar salad, my sandwich arrived and the meat was SUPER dry, dry enough that I ordered gravy to dip into. The side salad was tasty but very small for the price. Just to make matters worse, I had eaten 80% of my sandwich, then found a small hair when I went to take a bite. I pulled it out to confirm, instantly stopped eating and moved my plate away from me. I informed the female server and she took my plate. Once I went to pay, I asked her to take off the sandwich, but she refused and said her chef wears a hairnet and it’s “impossible” for me to find a hair. Impossible? Unlikely. Overall, I gave it a fair shot but after the server essentially called me a lair and made me beg not to pay for something that made me physically sick and...
Read moreOrdered the hot chicken sandwich, and it initially came out with no gravy. After asking the waitress to add the gravy onto it, she came back with gravy covering half the plate. The bread immediately was soggy and was so unappetizing from its appearance. I ate the sweet potato fries and was still charged for the entire meal. Also ordered the soup of the day, which didn’t come out. Only when my family was finished eating they asked if we received it. While sitting next to kitchen, I could see a cook killing flies with a zapper throughout the cooking stations unaware of the increased risk of cross contamination. Poor service and questionable...
