After seeing how delicious it looked online and advertised at the drive thru, I ordered one. However, I was very disappointed when I received a regular iced coffee which taste burnt. I've been coming to this Tim Hortons for awhile and this isn't the first time I have ordered a special latte drink and I get a regular coffee. They took our order and even repeated it back to me, so I don't know where the confusion happened. When we got our order at the window all the workers seemed gathered at the window conversing and having a smiling good time. I don't mind a happy workplace environment, unless work is not taking place.    Read moreGoing through the drive through ordered 2 farmers sandwiches with sausage and bacon - got home and there was no bacon, go back and they charge me for the bacon (apparently even though it showed on the drive thru screen I didn’t pay for it) they took the sandwiches and gave them back - got home and realized there’s no farmers sauce on them.
This is not an uncommon occurrence, my room mate and I order our coffee drinks with oat milk as we are both lactose intolerant - it’s a coin flip if they give us real cream or not. Their service is unreliable, the food is half fresh, baked goods are often stale and it is a rare occurrence that I actually fully get what I’ve ordered.
