Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Nanaimo

I would rather buy delissio than this slop. If you dont order homestyle crust, your pizza will ALWAYS be undercooked. Have ordered pizza from them on beyond multiple occasions and most of the time you will end up with no toppings but cheese on certain slices of the pizza or if your LUCKY they will forget something for the millionth time. They at least try to correct the issues but my family and i have had enough! Was given an eta of 1 hr wait...ended up with undercooked cold pizza and a TWO hour wait. Im done. Anything is literally...

We used to love to get our pizza from Pizza Hut, but for the last year or so, it has been more of a chaotic experience, and that is if they are even open. We had a delivery order that never made it home, another time we order pick up, they were late for about 20 minutes, and their hours have reduced. But this time, the order was placed, charged and we showed up to collect our order only to find the store was closed! Now trying to get a refund seems impossible. Avoid this place unless you like to eat air!...

I love this Pizza hut. The staff are real nice and the pizza is delicious. Nice atmosphere too. It can get busy this time of year at Dinner so it's better to place your order ahead of time. I talked with the manager and they get such a tremendous volume of orders that come in all at once, with only one oven to cook. So just keep that in mind between 5 - 6 on the weekends. Worth the occasional wait regardless, always hot.
