I really don't like to complain, but I had my worst Starbucks experience ever at this location on Sunday. The drive thru was extremely busy (10+ cars), so we went inside to order. I very clearly gave my order for two peach green tea lemonades, and had it confirmed back to me. There was already a bunch of people waiting for their orders. It was probably about 5 minutes before one of them was even handed a drink. One of the baristas spilled a drink and had to stop and clean a station, and we felt bad for him because it was a little busy. However, by that point they already seemed super behind on making drinks for mobile and in store orders. After another 10 minutes, we were finally handed ONE of our drinks. I could see another grande cup on the counter, so I just figured they were making them separately...and then the girl began making other drinks. She finally made the other grande peach green tea lemonade, and it was for someone else. I then mentioned to her that we had ordered and paid for two of the same drink, and she confirmed this with the barista who had just finished cleaning the spill. She then handed him the grande cup, and proceeded to make a venti of the same drink, using all that was left of the green tea, even though we had clearly ordered first and been waiting forever. So our poor guy went to make our drink and there was no green tea, and wouldn't be for six minutes. We had already waited 20 minutes, so I had him sub black tea and we left. When we stepped outside the drive thru line up was empty, and we discovered our drinks were just the peach teas and had no lemonade. Read moreI figured I need to write a review because I’ve been going to Starbucks for years. I’ve spent thousands of dollars to be honest I used to be a daily customer at this Particular location and yes, I go to them all lol. For one tonight, I was very disappointed. I asked for help to find my favourite tea. I usually buy them in bulk And even when they are not in the front, I’ve always had staff help me look around to see if there’s any in the back or in the shelving….tonight the girls Did not want to check at all!!! and they were adamant that there was absolutely none, when This has happened so much in the past when I purchase them, where they usually find a random box because they have so much stuff usually, even if they say there probably isn’t any, Honestly, just the not wanting to help a customer and simply take a look for me was really disappointing. Not to mention I have had awful tasteless drinks lately, new staff are not getting trained properly to Make drinks I feel like? And I was even gas lit that maybe I need to ask for more in a drink, hun I’ve gone for years never had no issues before. This was my third awful London fog in a row here I am adding my own ingredients in it as I hate to complain as I already nicely did two times before, I never had issues in the last few years until the new staff within the last few months.. Read moreI ordered a latte and a cranberry bliss bar. The shop was very quiet with three baristas working. One in drive thru, one on cash and one making drinks. The barista on cash was slow and hesitant. Ten minutes after ordering I asked the other barista when I was going to get my Cranberry Bliss bar but she didn't answer. When she gave me my drink I asked again. She told me I was supposed to get it from the cashier. I told her ten minutes passed and the cashier didn't give it to me. She instructed me to ask for it. Unfortunately by this time there was a line up at the cash register of people waiting to order and the barista was grinding beans and putting lids on drinks. Another customer called out loudly that she had been waiting ten minutes to order . She was ignored until she called out again. Finally the barista returned to take orders and I reminded her of the Cranberry Bliss bar i ordered at least 15...
