Tim Hortons — Restaurant in New Glasgow

Disappointed - Just one of the actual worst locations ever.

Decided to have a Farmers wrap the other day....never again. Two guests in line before me and the staff member had to go out back to replace some sort of beverage. Staff member glazing the donuts, made a comment "she always just walks away".

Guest in front completed purchase and I was next. Ordered a coffee and a farmers wrap - Was then told that "we don't not have hash browns currently" and unable to purchase.

7 mins from start to finish and no sign noting items were...

I was in this location 2 days ago. I bought some donuts and take 12 coffee. The new crew doesn’t know what to do,she doesn’t know how to build the box for the coffee,2 supervisor help and finally able to build it. She kept on pouring coffee on to the box without realizing it’s already full hence the box was wet and they need to redo it again. It took them 27 mins to give me take 12 coffee! Unbelievable. The manager & supervisor needs to train their staff properly so customers don’t need to go through...

I’d give zero stars if I could, absolutely horrendous service. Waited 10 minutes for one coffee, and got it wrong. The three people ahead of me were also given the wrong drinks and food. If you’re looking for quality service this is...
