Anything you order will be delicious, and prices are reasonable.

Clam chowder = YES. Cuban sandwich panini style = DOUBLE YES. Breakfast scramble = 11 out of 10. It’s all fresh! We watched the owner cut the potato for the scramble in front of us.

If you order an iced drink, they make the ice with coffee so it doesn’t get watered down.

Locals frequent this place, and with good reason. So many smiles, waves, and warm greetings. On our second trip, the owner was pleasantly sociable, but not nosy. If we weren’t passing through I’d try to come every day!

There’s a “Brio-style” train table for kids to play on, a changing table in the washroom, a book shelf full of good reads, a couple cozy chairs, open kitchen, delightful staff and owner, beautiful views out the windows, happy plants in every corner, and gorgeous artwork on the walls.

What a lovely little place! We are Americans passing through BC on the way to Alaska and have experienced nothing but kindness and hospitality on our way. This cafe was no exception. The atmosphere is cozy, the owner and employees were all kind and accommodating, and the food was DELICIOUS. FYI you’re getting an iced drink, they use coffee ice cubes so that your drink doesn’t get watered down. My son and I split the jerk chicken quesadilla, we got a bowl of soup, dad got a Cuban sandwich (yum!) kid 2 got a breakfast skillet that he devoured, and kid 3 got a grilled cheese that made her exceedingly happy. We stopped in to have brunch at Zelda's and what a treat it was!! Her menu had lots of unique choices as well as the coffee menu, we felt we'd selected a great place to stop! The food was absolutely delicious!! We're from Tampa and know what a good Cuban sandwich tastes like, we took a chance and ordered one. It was so very yummy and her twist on the classic was amazing!! The thick roast pork and delicate ham were scrumptious and on a pressed panning was excellent! My latte was super tasty also. We highly recommend Zelda's when traveling through...
