Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Nipawin

Two weeks ago my wife bought a chicken wrap through the drive thru window. After taking a bite she noticed mould on the wrap, so we returned it and got our money back. Today was the first time we got food from Nipawin DQ since then. We bought two chicken strip baskets through the drive thru window. Ate the fries on the way home, nice and hot and fresh. At home we took out the chicken strips. They were barely warm and looked wierd, dry and old. I tried eating mine but they were so dried out(maybe from sitting out at DQ?, I could only eat one and used up all my dip just to choke it down. Then my wife asked, " does.my order of strips taste good to you?". Nope something was really wrong with hers, they tasted gross I had to spit it out, as she also had too. We gave them to the dog. On second thought we should have taken pics or returned them, but not eating here for a long time. Will still get ice cream. This is first problems we have had here but all within a two week span. Gonna eat at McDonald's instead. Update: I'm back and their Sundays are really small. And back again I think their peanut butter parfaits got smaller too while...

I understand that it was a busier night , however this place is gross. The staff is working in conditions that from what I've seen from the customer side of the counter is highly unsanitary. This is what happens when you let children staff the night time hours. Obviously no one has taught them how to clean as the work. I stood there and watched the girl who made ice cream through refuse on the counter and the floor , no washcloth or even any attempt to clean her counter.
