I’ve becoming increasingly frustrated with this Tim Hortons due to a number of reasons and they just continue to get worse. Several times I’ve come through the drivethrough late at night and when I pull up to the window to pay I am met with an employee on their cell phone talking to someone and without saying a single word, telling me the price of my order, or even asking how I want to pay they have just shoved the card reader in my face and continued to talk on their cellphone.. I have to ask them to tell me the price of my order and then if I’m paying cash or not and even then they don’t stop to get off their cell phone. They just ignore me, take my money and give me my order and shut the window and the fact this has happened to me MULTIPLE times is Extremely unprofessional and it’s rude.
Along with this, it is extremely frustrating that when you come to this Tim Hortons 99% of the time you can’t even get your full order because they do not make any food. Several times I have come before 11am To get a yoghurt cup and they’re all out FOR THE WHOLE DAY and As the day progresses, it gets harder and harder to get any food here. If I go between 7-9:30pm for soup or most food they tell me they don’t have any, and they will not be making more! And The reason I’m writing this review is because today I went at 6:30 PM to get soup and I was told that they have no more soup for the day and they will not be making anymore… when I asked them about this They told me that they will not make soup past 11am now Which is extremely confusing and frustrating considering soup is meant to be a lunch and supper food yet Apparently they will now not make it past breakfast.
You are open 24hrs so it’s absurd large portions of the menu aren’t even available during reasonable hours..clearly if products are always so low the demand is high and I understand not wanting to waste but if it’s not even 8pm yet there should be more than there is. If you are only going to be making soup and other menu items TYPICALLY ASSOCIATED FOR LUNCH/SUPPER only until 11am (which is the breakfast time) You should clearly state that so people know They should go somewhere else that will actually be making food...
Read moreIt's always professional and polite as it should be, just this one time, the manager kind of laid a dirty eye/word, on me even though I had my "COVID vaccine cards" she still talked down on me, and yes I'm a brown, Indian woman, status of course, which shouldn't matter but it seemed like it did, she was an old white lady, no smile, mean miserable glare, and no intention in serving me even though I had my vaccine, which she asked for so o can dine in, so I left because all of that didn't matter anyway because all of that didn't matter anyway I didn't mean to look like I was dining in, I was only sitting down for a minute waiting on my order once I left I walked behind her and grabbed my order on the till and walked out,
but " Other then that " everyone else is very polite, all smiles and they serve you as quick as possible, very satisfied with the workers. #4...
Read moreWORST TIM EVER EVEN IN CANADA - I have been to at least one tim from all provinces in Canada - This one has worst service .It’s 10 am they are always around of pastries- either they don’t have Jalapeño Pastry or are out of Caramelised onion( Today) . I have been drinking same ice coffee since 3 years now, I suppose filling it 5 mark i just a norm. This is what they gave me this even charging me extra. I asked can u please at least fill it till 5- girl MANDEEP KAUR replied that what u only get without ice. More over, never putting napkins without asking in the bag. Dealing with customer problems is just a basic etiquette in every food chain - but it seems like employees don’t care. Being a store manger for 2 years in food chain in last, I am pretty familiar that Automated drink machines still fill it till full not matter No, less or normal ice....
