Worst subway/customer service experience ever. We ordered a sub and a salad online on saturday october 26th. When we arrived at the scheduled pick up time it was quite busy so we expected a slight delay. We waited inside and in our car for 20 minutes after our pick up time. The 1 employee working served every person in the restaurant before starting our order. I’ve waited countless times as online orders are prepared so I was irritated. The entire point of ordering ahead is to schedule a certain time. Eventually he finished our order and it turned out to be entirely wrong. Ingredients from both items switched and mixed and my salad was a sub with no protein. When we brought up the salad his response was “i made a sub instead”. When placing my order, I requested a different sauce on my sandwich—something I have done at other locations without any issue. However, the employee taking my order reacted unprofessionally. She made facial expressions and laughed with a colleague, seemingly mocking my request. For an establishment that has a tip option on their point of sale hardware one would expect a degree of pride to be taken in the food preparation. I know it's just a sandwich but the " sandwich artist" couldn't have been less interested in putting together a quality product. Add to that while we were being served he was speaking to a co-worker across a the restaurant in another language.
