Had a prob with the app for that particular restaurant . Went inside restaurant ask for manager to get assistance. The person they sent over lied about being the manager and proceeded to waste my time for 15 minutes. Pretended to know how to fix app and just wasted my time. When I asked to override the app she went to the back and then had to call the real manager out front to try and help me. When I asked why the first one was introduced and confirmed as a manager they both had a dumb look on their face caught in a lie. I guess the real manager didn't want to waste time with customers an instructed staff to lie whenever possible. Read moreTo start off, I never went inside so I could not give atmosphere review besides a nice clean parking lot. Tonight, when I ordered some burgers for myself, I asked for double onion on two burgers. The thickness of the onions was on point 👌they were 10x the thickness of the other North Battleford's locationonions. Good job to whoever is cutting those, keep doing it. Also, besides a great cook in the back for a very good tasty burger and fries properly made, the girls tonight did a very acceptable job for the service, much impressed. Someone needs to tell them they're doing a great job at what they do, you're amazing. Made my night! Left feeling like a cherished customer, will come back indefinitely!

Update* went back the other night for the first time in a long time. Their customer service has actually gotten worse and they are still getting orders incorrect. I ordered onion rings and got fries, had to turn around to go back for them and they refused to correct there mistake. Said they only charged me for fries.
