I ordered through doordash, I received my food, which was good, I noticed they sent the wrong drinks and forgot my dips for the food that we had ordered, I didn't have a mode of transportation so I called the restaurant, and experienced some of the worst customer service I have had in years. The woman working answered the phone, I explained the situation, then she proceeded to tell me she had told the doordash driver to text me before leaving the restaurant, about said issue. I asked the worker "so you are telling me you knew the order wasn't correct before sending the food out?" All the workers replied with was "I am not going to argue with you" she couldn't understand the issue what so ever. Then told me I had to contact doordash to have the issue resolved... I then asked her how the restaurant screwing up the order, was doordashes issue? She then told me, again, that it was a doordash problem. Then proceeded to hang up on me, then ignore the phone from there on. It could be an honest mistake, but the problem is, the disrespect and lack of accountability. Human error happens, to try to pass the blame to the delivery company was an absolute joke, over something that could have been easily resolved. To the women with horrible customer service that I received today, I hope you see this review and can learn from your horrible unprofessional attitude and way of handling a customer issue. It was pathetic and disrespectful the way I was spoken to and hung up on, over simply trying to find a solution to receive what I paid for. It looks like three hour cook before really hard to eat and I called back five times. no one answered what kind is customer service?
