Walked in and the associate who took the order did not have the manners to even say hello despite me being the only customer in there. Told the order will be 10 minutes, returned after said time to realize it wasn't ready. When order was finally ready and on our way back, we realized the order size was a small although we had ordered a medium. The worst was when my friends had few bites off their slices and bit into some dirt/ small grain of hard dirt. Called the shop back and we were offered another pizza if we returned right away or 50% off our next order if it was another day! My best guess is since the kitchen is private and at the back fully closed off from the front, the dough must have been dropped while being prepped , and they just put the same dough back on the table and made us a pizza with it ! Having not ordered from them for about a year, we decided to give them one more try today. We phoned, to ask how long it would actually take to receive our pizza. Instead of answering, the person on the phone actually argued about our past experiences -- saying that we had not ordered before. Amazing. This is not a business that puts customers first.
