Got a combo this morning for myself and my kids. I can’t have cheese and also wasn’t eating my burger immediately so I asked for the burger to have no cheese and no tomato’s. When I got my food, I went in the parking lot and got my kids food situated. As I was looking at the food, noticed my burger still had cheese and tomatoes… Initially I was kinda disappointed because had I gone home without checking first I would’ve been very upset. I returned through the drive through and let them know they forgot to remove the cheese and toms. They were extremely kind about it and quickly remade my burger. Upon receiving my adjusted burger they also gave me a free apple turnover for the mistake. At the end of the day everyone makes mistakes, I know I’ve made a few myself working in fast food. But the fact that I wasn’t treated like a burden for once was shocking to me. Many other places such as McDonald’s almost gets mad at you for their mistake… I really appreciated the extremely...

My time spent here in any occasion has been very welcoming! The staff are very friendly, appear as more of a family than just worker bees, and there is no shortage of laughter. Its a positive environment and I can feel it when I'm there.

I rather enjoy going to that location than Tim Hornins or McDonalds just because of the atmosphere! It's well lit, has appealing decor, and kept clean as best as time permits.

As a bonus, if you're staying in for long periods of time, there are many outlets available or which include USB ports to charge up your mobile devices with!

As for food, I can't say I've had any bad experiences. They serve great coffee, Van Houtte, which I prefer to Tim Horton's. The turnovers are mouth watering for sure! The burgers I really like, more than McDonalds but contesting in position with Wendy's. Large cut fries are great, and the onion rings too.

Everytime I go here the staff is always super helpful and I am never disappointed with the food. Unfortunately I am not able to go to this location as much as I would like to as I have an infant in a stroller and there is no automatic doors making it very difficult. Instead of being able to pop in for a quick burger, I have to struggle to open the double set of heavy doors and maneuver around to get myself and my stroller inside the restaurant. I must say though whenever the ladies at the counter see me struggling they are great at coming to help but there are times they have customers they are serving and are unable to.
