Milano Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in North Bay

I ordered the 3 n 3 deal online (good thing, so I have my receipt). Large pizza, that comes with 3 toppings and either 3 dips or 3 drinks (or mix and match). I choose drinks because I already had some sauce at home. I show up at 11:15pm, pizza is done, Im paying for my order and the girl throws out the receipt. I thought she was getting my drinks for me in a bag but nope, nothing. So I asked "Don't I get drinks with that? I ordered some!" her response was "nope!". So I got home, which is right around the corner and I checked my email and it says I ordered drinks. I didn't bother going back because it isn't worth my time. Pizza is always great but customer service is poor a good handful of the time. My boyfriend and I go there often for a quick walk in pizza pepperoni. Thinking twice about their place now. Also when I opened my cheesy bread, the lid wasn't on properly at all which had spilled on the bread. When studying for exams, and your stressed as it is and common sense things that people should do before throwing in sauce would be to make sure its closed. Im gonna be boycotting for a little (unless I am feeling generous sometime soon). More then bothered...

I’m sorry, but I have to change my review for this place. Everything on their menu used to be super delicious and great quality. Their deep fried cheese curds were to die for, and the calzones and Stromboli were such great quality!

However the last 6 months or so things have really started to go down hill. It started with them changing their deep fried cheese curds to something bland and styrofoam textured. We called and informed them that the change was definitely a bad one, but it fell on deaf ears and they continue to serve the lacklustre quality ones. Then they started to make their calzones and Strombolis with less and less sauce and toppings until it’s basically just a big undercooked doughy ball with a tiny bit of filling.

I only tried their pizzas a handful of times and they have been consistently good, but it is an extreme shame that their side menu is going completely downhill, especially since that was my main reason for going there. I really hope whatever cost-cutting measures they are taking gets some rethinking because it is effecting the food.

Original review - Extremely tasty, and the prices are much better than most...

Edit: The Owner or Manager called me today to apologize. He issued a credit and assured me he would train his staff to be more clear on this item :)

The pizza is usually pretty good. I ordered a Stromboli sandwhich tonight along with our pizza and cheese curds. I get home and the sandwhich is only cheese. no meat. I called and was told I was wrong that the Stromboli sandwhich only comes with cheese?.... If I wanted meat I would have had to pay extra and order it with meat. The customer service is awful here! If I wanted a cheese panto or calzone I would have ordered that! I was not even offered a small apology for the "misunderstanding". We will...
