Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in a fast food establishment. Have given this place 7 chances so far (not my choice, family keeps talking me into giving it another chance) and they have not yet been able to complete an order without errors, I have been given multiple cheeseburgers without cheese on them, there was only 1 time out of the seven that my order wasn't missing items. Food is often cold even after being parked to the side at the drive thru. Almost always get parked when using drive thru even if you are the only car there, and usually have to wait between 5 and 10 mins before they bring the food out and like I said it is often cold. One time they parked us at the drive thru I had to send my son inside after 15 mins to get the food, I think they actually forgot about us that time and again the food was cold. Read moreMe and my girlfriend have went to the restaurant twice both times we had a rather bad encounter, first time we went the gravy on our poutines were both sour tasting and the cheese sour as well almost like they were sitting out. The second time which was today we went for 2 whoppers one of which was cold and leaking out the tomato juice and sauce and my girlfriend's had a hair in it plus we had terrible service through the drive thru placing the order they rushed us through placing it so we didnt get to get stuff for our child which had a fry from our combo and they were cold had have wierd black spots that weren't the skin, well getting our food from the employees they rushed us to grab the stuff from there trays without a smile and only one of the three people I seen...
Read moreWas there on two different visits both times of witch needed to ask To speak to management/supervisors to ask them to have there stuff to properly put on there PPE why handling my older..... as a good amount of there staff could be seen with there face coverings under there Chin if they even bothered to have one at all,why around the food prep Area as well as when handing olders out to customers.
As being a customer I should not need to be informing you to make sure your staff is properly following health board regulations as it is mandatory in public as well as food establishments for people to be wearing face covers. As I consumer I will be reporting this to the health...
