Mr. Mozzarella (Winchester) — Restaurant in North Dundas

Just an update, it is under new management and we have tried a pizza from there, but it is not just to our taste. Service was good quick and friendly, so it deserves another chance.

A totally incompetent place to order from. Out of 3 items not one was correct and another item was totally missing. When I called and asked that the correct order be re-delivered I got "attitude" from a woman on the phone(she turned out to be the owner). She refused to deliver the correct order and offered a credit to my next order. I said I would not order from them again and asked again for my correct order. She refused and said she would send the missing item and one of the burgers but it would take a while ( original order at 6 PM, delivered at 7:15) when I again stated I expected a correct order and asked to speak to a supervisor she said none was available and hung up. I called back and got a male - when I explained he said I had been talking to the owner. I got the missing items at 8PM. Talking to the driver it seems the owner had been "replaced" before because of bad attitude dealing with customers. So beware, she does not care about customers as this is a limited market and she can do what she wants. We will now order exclusively from Iron Forge as they have great customer service and have immediately gone far beyond what is required to fix any mistakes. I buy local but not from this...

54.15$ for 2 poutines, a drink and deep fried cheese curds, & a side of marinara dipping sauce. I guess that's the price these days but, still feels like a lot. The receipt I got didn't give me a breakdown of the cost to better understand. We did not have napkins or forks either in our to go bag. Then again, I didn't ask... Just figured for 54.15$, I'd have those items already included in my take out bag. When I do the calculations on their website of everything I ordered, the total comes to $51.66. I guess they accidentally charged us for an extra drink that we didn't ask for, nor did not receive. The restaurant did have a sewage smell, and made the waiting for...

I'm nervous to leave 5 stars and be disappointed. It's been probably close to a year since we've ordered here, and for good reason. I was pleasantly surprised by our food. My husband ordered spicy buffalo chicken burger with onions and I ordered mozzarella burger with fries. Good crunch on a generous amount of chicken, spicy (a bit too much for his taste:)), fresh bun. The burger was juicy and tasty, fresh toppings-only wish is that it was a slice of melted cheese instead of shredded. Fries were decent, onion rings were good- still crispy. We'll for sure be ordering from...
