Absolutely disgusting ! Extremely filthy ! Man serving at counter " his clothes so dirty it was gross his shirt unbuttoned low very unprofessional in every way dirty & ragged looking, to greet & serve customers was shocking. Then a girl came out from the kitchen and she was equally dirty looking like they NEVER wash their uniforms. I chose to only order a chocolate dip ice cream cone. I have had this item in other stores and the chocolate dip hardens on the cone " always " this one the chocolate dip was thin and stayed soft never hardened like it's supposed too. I'm thinking they must water down the chocolate. The tables and floors were dirty as well the garbage was over flowing ,looks like they haven't cleaned on a couple of days. It was not busy in there at all to account for the mess & dirt. They also refuse to honor coupons with no valid excuse except that we" don't " take coupons the customer had to argue with them to honor it and call the owner to fight for it. They are required to honor the coupons . There they will refuse them.As I left out the front door beside a overflowing garbage can to greet you I vowed the was the 1st. but last time I ever go there again. God knows what the bathrooms are like. I have no clue how they stay open ! Absolutely Gross 𤢠would never chance eating a meal there and doubt they clean their machines. Go to Lancaster or Cornwall the Dairy Queens are clean and good there as should be ! Alexandria...

15+ minutes for the most basic orders. Last time we were apologized to (good!), but told itâs because they had to freshly cook chicken strips (not a good excuse). All the other food was cold/melting by the time we got the chicken, and the curds in the poutine were actually thawing still.
Multiple servers, confused servers, servers who struggle with both languages. We order directly off the menu, using the names of the products that are listed on the menu. Theyâre still confused about what the products are. They will interrupt you half way through your order to ask if thatâs everything. You will be served by one person on the headset, and another at the window. They have not communicated to each other about what your order is.
Bad food. The ice cream is fine, itâs Dairy Queen so you know what youâre getting. The food is not good and thereâs a chance itâs under or over cooked frequently.
Dirty. Everything just looks gross. The entire place could use a face lift.
These are not employee problems. Your staff are trying their best. This is management and...
Read moreSadly I'd have to say this was the WORST experience I've had at a DQ. We had to repeat our order at least 3 if not 4 times due to English Language barrier. Then after a long, 3 car ahead of us wait, we get to the window and the girl tries to hand us an order that wasn't ours. Took us 2-3 times to make her understand it was not our order. So another employee comes to the window and confirms our order. We received the cold items first, then a bag of 'non' hot food, missing a Burger. The girl comes back and we say we are missing a Burger, she leaves and comes back and says 'Are you sure there wasn't a Burger?' we reply that we were sure. A few more minutes go by and voila they come back with the burger. Well at least one item was hot, cause the rest of the meal was now cold and the cold items were now melting!! We won't return that's for sure 10...
