Still scratching my head about not being able to get chicken at KFC. And when I say chicken I mean, pieces of fried chicken... All they have available is popcorn chicken and french fries... They do offer chicken tenders, which is what I ordered, but they were not a product of KFC, as a matter of fact they tasted exactly the same as the ones I got from the dairy Queen just down the road.. I've been eating KFC chicken tenders for a number of years and they are distinctive in flavour.. these guys who own the franchise are buying their own chicken fingers and passing them off as a KFC product.. I have no doubt in my mind... But that's the nature of business today, increase profit margins at the expense of the customer... I hope corporate finds out about them and takes the franchise away... Mind you, corporate America isn't any better!! At any rate, welcome to the 21st century, a time in which capitalism has run amok... I do not recommend stopping there for a quick bite... Quite frankly I don't know why I did... I'd much rather give my money to a small Canadian business than put it in the pockets of American...
Read moreWell, my food was hot. But it took 20 mins to get fries and a handful of boneless chicken pieces. As others have said, there is no full pieces of chicken available there, and the lady at the cash pretty much tells every client that they are "just a express KFC". The gravy tasted close enough to the real KFC if my memory serves me right.
