We had the pleasure of visiting 3âs Company Chip Truck in Kemptville today, and it was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we stepped out of our vehicle, we were warmly greeted by Luc, the incredibly friendly and welcoming owner. That level of genuine customer service instantly set the tone for the experience.
We ordered the Turkey Stuffing Poutine (with cranberries on the side) and the Extreme Pickle Burger with regular fries. There was a short wait while the food was prepared, but that only reinforced that everything was cooked freshâand it was absolutely worth it.
The Extreme Pickle Burger was phenomenal: a thick, juicy homemade patty, perfectly melted cheese, deep-fried pickles, and then topped with a generous pile of fresh pickles. Paired with a mountain of golden, thick-cut friesâcrispy on the outside, tender insideâit was easily one of the best burgers Iâve had.
The Turkey Stuffing Poutine was just as impressive, a hearty feast piled high with fries, stuffing, and turkey. Itâs a portion so generous youâll be challenged to finish it in one sitting. Both dishes were bursting with flavor and showcased real care in preparation.
At around $40 for everything, the value is excellentâhuge portions, top-tier quality, and service that makes you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer.
If you havenât tried 3âs Company yet, youâre missing out. Itâs an experience that combines exceptional food, unbeatable value, and customer service that truly stands out....
Read more*They edited their response, taking out the part where they say we just wanted free food. This is the removed paragraph, stating we just wanted free food: "Unfortunately, we are aware that from time to time, false claims are made in hopes of receiving compensation. While we never jump to conclusions, we do believe in handling every situation with honesty and integrity. We are also a generous and community-minded business, and weâre always willing to make things right when thereâs a genuine concern."
This was removed from their comment in responce to mine. ....... We received 3 burgers that were raw inside. Blood filled buns. We couldn't eat them. We called and explained the burgers were raw. The lady we spoke with was lovely. She said just come back and they will remake the burgers. We called to place our order and Luc said, he wanted to talk to us. He said First off, we dont do that here, second, ...and went on and on. The rudest, most egotistical person ive had the discomfort of dealing with. This was our first and LAST experience at 3's Company. No one should be treated this way. Update... now claiming I just wanted free food.. Wow Speaks for itself. Whats happened to this world where people are so unkind...
Read moreWOW! What a spot to stop. Youâre greeted by amazing customer service right off the hop â the branding catches your eye while driving by & the first interaction is always top notch. When it comes to the food⌠A1! Iâve travelled far & wide & have worked in hospitality for many years. I love stopping by new places (especially food trucks in the summer) to try new poutines (we all know the difference between a good poutine, a poutine & a bad poutine) 3âs company knows how to do it; quality & quantity & lots of passion.
Youâll first notice a large selection on the menu & it may hard to choose, but I know from experience itâs a safe bet with any options.
Now⌠the reason why Iâve decided to share my experience / opinion of this business is the burgers⌠holy⌠moly⌠the flavour⌠beats any burger at a sit down (and especially a fast food chain). The flavours, ingredients and size are A+.
Thereâs nothing better than creating memories in life & this spot has made some great impressions on my palette & memory. I will always be stopping when Iâm in the area.
Bon Apetit to all & good luck to the business owner/ employees. You do an...
