Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in North Grenville

I feel like I keep needing to revisit this review since the experience with them changes from time to time. They started good, had a bit of a rough period where things were going downhill and lately, I feel that they may be trying to turn things around.

The pizza is very good. I personally like that they don't overload it with excessive cheese and toppings. I dislike the type of pizza where you pick up a slice and everything slides off in a pile of grease. But that's just me.

The prices are reasonable, the place is clean and I find there is no one faster at getting an order ready. It's not uncommon for me to order a couple pizzas and wings online and have it ready in about 12 minutes.

Another perk is they finally seem to offer a full menu including large pizzas as well as stuffed and thin crust options. And their prices seem to be back on point with other locations.

I can't say if they've started answering the phone yet because I have yet to try calling again. But as long as they keep a full menu and allow online ordering it's not a big requirement for me.

Pizza was good. The wait was quite long, 20 minutes, but they are new. The "Online Ordering" is not set up yet so you have to go in and order (no answer when you call). I hope things improve when they have settled in. We went to the Little Caesar's in Petawawa two weeks ago and they were incredibly fast (and newer as well).

Well....they got worse! What pizza place closes at 8pm? You cannot order through the app after 7pm. Domino's just opened down the road and they are much faster, deliver, have more menu options, and are open...

Terrible service Waited 30mins for 1 hot and ready pizza and it wasn't even fresh it sat there for 10mins before I received it. I was seated in the restaurant for 30mins and they called everyone elses name but my own. And when I approach the counter they had assumed I already had left the store. I am wearing a name badge from my work so there is no excuse why they asked for every other persons name but not my own. After 35mins I gave up on waiting for a fresh pizza and asked for my money back....
