Edit: I have reached out many times about my very poor experience at this restaurant to both the head office and the management and have heard absolutely nothing back. It is absolutely shocking to me that this place could get so many horrible one-star reviews and nothing gets done about it. When you look at some of their five-star reviews you’ll notice that they are the same people posting them or variations of the same people posting them. In one of the reviews the poster kept talking about how great the manager was when you can clearly tell that the manager was the poster of the review. Take a close look at many of the five-star reviews, and I will bet that a lot of them are either paid for or fake, or were asked to be filled out by the staff and owners. It is absolutely absurd that one of their staff members delivered a baby in the store. If you take a look at the review, the baby that they posted has nothing to do with a newborn baby with the hospital being right there I would very much doubt that that you wouldn’t have been able to make it there. the fact that you would even let them touch you with their greasy hands shows how fake this review is. I am very surprised that this restaurant has not been shut down due to the incredibly poor quality of food and customer service. Their head office does not seem to give a crap about how terrible this restaurant is and gives their brand a very negative look. I have noticed that KFC has gone incredibly downhill. I will not be going to any one of them again. Especially not being taken care of when something like this happens. I would not be surprised if this franchise is owned by a conglomerate. If it’s owned by a single person or owner, you should be ashamed of yourself.
If I could give no stars I would... Put an order in online at 2:19 for the earliest avalibe pick up… email said 2:34 ready for pick up... At 2:57 ask where my order was... They blamed the online system and said it was ready for 330... Then gave me a bunch of attitude for being upset they could not cancel or refund my money for 5 days… last time I ever went here... Tried to cancel online would not let me as past the pickup time.… ridiculous

Read moreFirstly, let me begin by saying that this review is not at all directed towards the hard working staff, I truely think that they are doing thier best given the poor leadership above them.
Now to begin at the literal beginning. I was there the first day this location opened and the wait was 45 minutes (fair enough, it's only day one and a quarter of the town came). Unfortunately, the wait time for this location has never dipped below 20 minutes. At peak times you can wait up to 40 minutes.
But this isn't the 90s right? If you want to skip the line, just order on the app right? WRONG. That would be the absolute worst idea ever, let me tell you why. The first time I did, the app let me order and I went to pick up my chicken, but guess what? Written on a piece of paper was a message informing me that the store was closed. But I already paid online, so I had to call and go on hold for 20 minutes to get a refund. Attempt two: I order ahead and arrive when my order is stated to be ready. I try to head inside to get it, but the lobby is closed due to short staffing. So I have to wait in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. By the time I got my food it was cold and dry.

Read moreExtremely unprofessional behaviour from the supervisor. Today, Dec 4th, 2:30ish pm, I walked in to this location with my wife and 2 kids. It’s the first time at KFC in a very long time and since my son loves chicken tender from everywhere, I wanted to see how he would likes KFC’s tenders. After placing my order with an employee, the supervisor, out of nowhere says, I can’t take your order. Confused, I respond with, What do you mean? As she stands their with a condescending annoyed looks, she repeats my question in a low tone followed by a loud & slow reply, I CAN’T TAKE YOUR ORDERRRRR! As if, I was unable to comprehend the first time. Taken back in utter amazement by the level of disrespect and lack of proper customer service being display, I stood there in shock, feeling insulted. She then followed up by our system is down, could be 2 min could be 4hrs, so we’re not taking orders. A simple, I apologize for the inconvenience, we’re have issues with our systems and are not able to enter orders or collect payment at this time, would have been perfectly acceptable and properly explained the situation.
