Just arrived at this TH at 5:55 pm and order a medium coffee with 2 cream and one and half sugar plus honey curled donut. Somene who took the order speak clean English and looks like that is her first language. That was drive trough. I have to repeat few times what I want and on the end I spoke slowly to tell her what I want. On the end I noticed she is not happy with conversations and I proceed to take my order. I speak clean English with accent and all Canadian who speak English as a first language understanding me right away no need to repeat order at all. After I took the order I park outside and start to eat a donut and drink the coffee and I noticed I dropped a few drops on my yellow tshirt. I went out from the car to wash that and go back to the car to continue drinking and now I got a lot of coffee on me. I wash again myself and cheked lid on the cup and I closed opening for drinking and tilt the cup and coffee starts to leaking a lot. I took the lid off and checked cup and lid to find out why is leaking and I find out that rim on the top of the cup is not even all around. On one part of the rim was uneven same like when you checked roll up to win and that was the reason why cup was leaking.
I went inside to ask then why coffee is leaking and two white girls one is taller and skinny and another is shorter wearing a glasses. One who wear the glasses said I didn't make it. I tried to show them how is leaking and guy who also was present and spek English with slight accent save situation saying I will make you another coffee and he apologize for this. Taller blonde girl with straight hair turn her back to me and spoke to that shorter girl and I noticed she is laughing at me. I asked her are you making fun of me and still with slight smile on her face answer to me we are not comfortable with that. That guy who was working with them save situation and apologize. That is obvious this guy know how to handle difficult situation. I am curious what management will do ...

I ordered a coffee and then waited... and waited. The delay itself wasn't the issueāit was what I observed during the wait.
One worker was steadily assembling what appeared to be a very large food order. Another was busy preparing several complicated cold drinks. Both were clearly working hard. But at the same time, three other employees stood by the drive-thru window, chatting and doing absolutely nothing. No drive-thru cars came through during this period. Meanwhile, customers inside - myself included - continued to wait.
These three easily could have helped with food, made basic coffees, or taken more orders. They did none of that. I've honestly never seen a team so disengaged during a busy time. It was...

But there is no need to be impolite about it. Could have said āIām sorry, could you speak a little louder? I couldnāt hear what you saidā instead of āyouāre speaking over there when you need to speak over hereā in a really impatient voice.
I work in customer service so I know what itās like to not be able to hear customersā orders but I would never shift the blame onto the customers.
