New Orleans Pizza — Restaurant in North Perth

We have ordered from this location twice now. Our first time, I ordered online an hour in advance before I picked it up. I then had to wait over 20 minutes in store because it wasn’t ready yet. Which I usually don’t mind, it was busy so I understand that, but they weren’t very sympathetic or apologetic for the extra wait time and I was 8+ months pregnant.

We then decided to order again, like I said it was busy so I didn’t want to judge by the one off experience. We had a coupon for a free small garlic strip. When my husband went to pick up our order they wouldn’t honour the coupon because they upgraded us to a medium garlic strip without our knowledge. They then only charged us for a small and thought that was enough on their end. The thing is we wouldn’t have even ordered the garlic strips in the first place if we didn’t have the coupon.

When I called to see if we could bring the medium back and get the small so we could use the coupon and get a refund he said that they only charged us for a small but gave us a medium so that should be enough and that they gave us the coupon back so we can use it at a later date.

I know it’s not a super big deal but I was really not impressed with the lack of customer service or...

I recently tried the Paneer Pizza and Chicken Caesar Pizza, and both were absolutely delicious in their own way.

The Paneer Pizza was a delightful vegetarian option—loaded with soft, well-marinated paneer cubes, perfectly balanced spices, and fresh veggies on a crispy crust. The flavors were bold yet comforting, with just the right amount of cheese that didn’t overpower the ingredients. A great pick for anyone who enjoys a tasty and satisfying vegetarian slice.

The Chicken Caesar Pizza was equally impressive. The tender grilled chicken paired beautifully with the creamy Caesar sauce, all on a warm, chewy base. Light yet filling, it was a refreshing alternative to the usual heavy meat pizzas.

Not sure why my review mysteriously disappeared so I will attempt again. I was in there shortly before noon today and got a single slice of pizza for over $6 with a tip. I took one bite and told them to just throw it out. It was by far the worst pizza I had ever tasted. It was only luke warm...it was dried out and the cheese was hard and discolored like it was a day old. The toppings were sparse as well. It truly was inedible. They offered to give me a new piece (probably from the same pizza) but not a refund. I did not ask for a refund but was shocked they didn't offer one.
