Tim Hortons — Restaurant in North Perth

They dont mind serving you expired milk and then gaslighting you!! Don't go here. I got a cold brew with espresso foam which is my every day order. You would think if a person drinks a drink every single day that they're going to notice when something is different. I pull through and get my coffee, take a sip and am like... hmm... thats oddly sour. I gave it a sniff and im like yup thats expired dairy of some kind. No problem things happen in establishments all the time. I go in and tell them the situation. Im not blaming anyone or pointing fingers or being rude I just figured I could get a replacement with not old milk. The lady said that it was the espresso foam that smelled like that and that it was fine. Remember I get this drink every day and my espresso foam never smells or tastes like old milk. I told her as much too and she insisted the drink was fine. I asked to just have it remade anyway to be sure. I ASSUMED they would fix the issue so when I got my drink I walked out just happy I didnt accidently give myself food poisoning. Im in my car and I go to take a sip of the drink and you'll never believe! It tastes like old milk! They made my drink with the same expired dairy!! Oh I was livid at the lack of food safety concerns but I never take that out on people so I just drove away paying $5 for absolutely no reason. Sure its just $5 but you know what else? I got that order every day after this at many different tims and not once has it ever smelled or tasted like that.. strange. I hope this place gets shut down. I can't imagine the amount of unsuspecting people getting...

I ordered 2 plain crossant toasted with butter and plain cream cheese. The guy took order but they only had one crossant at that moment. I said its okay give me a bagel. And after they did not toast the crossant just gave me like that. I said its cold. He said it does not say toasted... i said but i told the guy to toast it and then he said (so rudely) i cannot toast it i can heat it. i said okay just heat it. So you took the order of crossant toasted and then you are saying i cannot toast it. They were just gossiping with each other ... were not paying attention to customers properly. bad...

I’been living in Listowel since 4 years and regular customer of this tim hortons a lot of my friends works there and i always appreciate the service. There are some days people forget stuff or give me coffee which am alergic to instead of my tea but i totally understand that people are working with high work load. But Friday night 9:35 pm i ordered tea and got ice cold tea and wishing me merry Christmas in February.
