Kenny's Pizza North Sydney — Restaurant in North Sydney

The service here really went down hill in the past year or so. There use to be some fantastic workers there. My last visit I was treated with ignorance and rudeness. It wasnt busy, I placed my order. Waited for it. Seen it being placed on top of the oven, went up to get it to be told "thats not yours" in an ignorant tone. I sad down, not a single person around. Employees doing absolutely nothing. 15 minutes pass, I ask again. "Thats not yours, please take a seat". At this point I'm in shock and wonder. I ask the man working there to check the name on the one sitting on top of the oven. He checks and guess what, its mine. I kindly ask the women why she didnt even check instead of leaving me sit here for no reason and she said she didnt have time, again, Im the only person there and she was just standing there this entire time. So I went home with a luke warm pizza that was not cheap and thinking if I will ever return there. I could understand if it was busy, or backed up. But again, I was the only customer there and the phone never rang once. Pretty disappointing given the money I spent there...

I couldn't write a review without giving at least one star. This restaurant should not have any stars.

Ordered 3 ponzos.

$60 later, the food was terrible. Like, gross. Worst food ever and I'm appalled that they had the nerve to serve this to customers, let alone charge $20 a pop.

Ponzo was 75% dough that was tough, hard, borderline burnt and tasted strongly of yeast. The centre was like a lava dome of too much sauce, some meat and no cheese to be seen. Sauce tasted metallic, meat tasted...not good. Not the usual not good of the Horyl's pepperoni everyone seems to be addicted to here, more like at the end of its okayness.

3 people, 2 bathrooms and a dag and a half of agony later, I called to complain. I was hung up on.

Total disaster. Came in with 2 other couples for dinner. Ordered pizza and salads. I paid for our order which i wasn't sure was going to be correct because the girl looked confused. I paid cash then asked for a receipt. I couldn't get a receipt because I paid cash. I asked to see what was printed out so I could confirm our order was correct. I was told that the slip had to go to the back. Sure enough we were missing a pizza that was paid for. The back never got the order for the pizza and none of us got a receipt to show them the 14 inch combo pizza we ordered was missing. Then the hassle of trying to get a refund. They finally got their pizza but the rest of us were already done eating so we had to box it up and...
