McDonald's — Restaurant in North Sydney

Switched to this McDonald's, which is my local one and often go there. As most people almost everyday for i'm morning coffee.... However, after updating the app, which was required, I now need 50% more points just to get my free large. They actually doubled the amount of points. You need to get a large. And as as I stated before 2 drive thru's you pull up to one and you wait there for 10 minutes. While 5 and 6 and 7 cars, I'll go through the other one 1st. I've sent this off as an email complaining to their office and was told the franchise owner would get back to me. That was 6 months ago sent another one. Not that long ago, and still no response.. And that same thing has happened.Probably a dozen times since my first email was sent to them... Obviously McDonald's doesn't care about the economy and they don't care about customer service and they don't care about making things right for the people who spend money there. Deleting the mcdonald's app now and i'm going to Wendy's or tim's...

Decent, I guess, but unless you're looking for coffee or a happy meal, you should just go to Wendy's. It's right over there and has better food. Really, why not? Even if you need to get a happy meal, get your food at Wendy's. Don't you want a Baconator? Yes, you do want a Baconator. Go get it. You can even gets a Wendy's kids meal. Sure, the toys aren't as good, but the nuggets and burgers are better. Yeah, you should just go to Wendy's. You won't regret it.

This place is the worst franchise that I visited ever straight across Canada you got about a 50/50 chance on getting your order correct but when you drive away and are miles from the store you realize that your order is either half there or totally wrong or somebody else’s and if you go back they give you the excuse that we’ll were only make minimum wage what do you expect? This has happened multiple times We expect to have ourcorrect order no matter if your making 50$ an hour! My family will never ever return to this location again and will go across the street to the Tim Hortons or Wendys and will be telling everyone about my horrible experience with this so call restaurant with who ever that I can tell !
