So disappointed i don’t eat pork or red meat but everytime i ask to change gloves they give me a dirty look or a big sigh . The new girl working even laughed at me when i asked ! No regardless to customer service and peoples needs ! They will make pork sub and immediately grab turkey ! And I can tell they’re not changing their gloves when prepping ! Just because they eat every meat they think you should be ok with it also . So frustrating trying to get lunch at this point t I’m going to drive further to another location that has professionalism ! Subway franchise really getting bad franchising to people that have no regards for people’s health ? Especially when the point of subway is to be more healthy ! I eat gluten free and every time the bread is garbage, they rip it open and it’s split like a plus sign on both. How can you eat that? Rice bowls never get rice, and when you order online half the stuff is missed.
Also when you come in on weekends it’s very slow (industrial area) but still that Ethan guy finds a way to make it bad lol. Walk in and there’s no greeting and it’s like you’re inconveniencing him to make something. Once you tell him he asks you 4 more times to be sure before he slowly makes it.

They started making my order after I get there and they attended 6-7 customers before they give me my order. It should be ready even before I reach at store. Had to wait almost 15 mintues according to their app. And then 15-20 mintues when I get to the store. 30-35 minutes just for sub sandwich not worth. I couldn’t cancel it because I paid online. On the top of that I asked for extra lettuce but there wasn’t barely any lettuce instead of extra lettuce.
