Here we go again Oakville, another GEM in the form of a Lebanese restaurant cafe. Wow am I glad my neighbour treated me to a sandwich in this totally open concept kitchen restaurant. The first thing that jumped out at me when I stepped into this place was how immaculate everything was. The food is incredibly fresh and everything is made on site including the kaake bread. This bread is hugely popular in Beirut the capital of Lebanon. Also known as handbag bread because of the similarities of looking like a handbag. The owners Elias and Rosy with their 2 children are running this GEM of a restaurant. This place gets quite busy and I was lucky enough to have a chat with the owners because it wasn't too busy just before closing on a Monday evening. What a pleasant family. There is a bar table that runs along the length of the windows and have these pop up outlets where you can plug in your laptops or other devices to charge and use while you enjoy your order. I am absolutely sure to return to try out all the different foods and desserts they offer as well as the coffee bar they have. During the summer they have a great outdoor area where you can enjoy your meals. This family has a passion for food and it certainly shows as soon as you walk in the door. I can't wait to come back for more and I would recommend you to bring the whole family. I wish the owners the very best of success and they are well on the way. Congratulations and thank you for the wonderful experience of freshness and flavour explosions. I look forward to...

Read moreGood sandwich. Tried for the first time, was on my list of restore try. It’s pricey, be prepared to spend $20 for one sandwich.
Aside from the bread itself, the rest of the sandwich was something you could make at home easily. No special ingredients per se.
A healthy option for sure if you’re in the area and don’t want to eat fast food.
I was perplexed with the menu a bit, because I’m vegetarian so I asked the cashier for help. She was reluctantly suggesting my one and only option. Didn’t seem to be eager to help me out with suggestions.
Took 20 minutes to get my sandwich. No one else was there, I was the only in-store customer. Not sure why it takes so long.
If you’re in a rush, be prepared to wait a while. It’s also in an awkward location, in my opinion, not easily accessible unless you happen to living in the building above.
The price needs to come down or the portions need to be bigger. I tried it, probably wouldn’t go back unless I was in a bind.
Overall, good fresh...
