Horrible service. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. We purchased a patio set last year end of season ( was not on sale) spent over $3000.00 waited over 10 weeks for prepaid covers to protect the furniture. We set up the table and covered as we had not even completed our backyard renovations to display funiture. We have used the table a few times THIS CURRENT SEASON and one of the legs turn's inwards . Due to this the table is not steady and any sudden movement of chairs which in turn makes the table move the whole thing tips over. We called to explain the situation and the store asked for pictures to be sent via email, email was sent and the manager called back stating that the table was dragged along the patio and caused the table leg to break off. This is suppose to be of excellent quality and this type of issue should not happen. Store manager was very defensive and not compassionate towards the situation. Her resolution was to bring in the leg and they would send out for repair at our cost. The leg isn't the issue it is the connection between the table and the leg ( nuts and bolts etc)

Not the way you treat customers . I will be contact head office. If this was a cheap set $500 then i would understand I pay for what I get but it wasn't and I expected more.

I love my Holiday extendable table and the chairs in champagne. This table is built like a tank, and it is so easy to clean, and does not staining. It extends so easily to seat 12 people, and it's a timeless, classic, clean look. I just hose down the chairs with water if they get dusty. The only thing I would not recommend is the D.O.T. furniture covers, even though D.O.T. recommended the size based on my table. I purchased both the winter weight and the summer weight. Both covers drape all over the deck floor, which is a nuisance. In the warmer months, the summer cover causes rain water to pool all around the table and the water sits there longer than it should attracting bugs and dirt. The summer cover is also so light, and although it has ties, it billows like a parachute when we have wind and it comes off. The winter cover is also a bad fit which sages with water, and once it freezes, it will tear like mine did. Do your research and find a cover that allows the water to drain off the table and does not rest on the ground/deck. I would not have bought these covers and if I could return them...

Parents with children be warned! I went into the store excited to purchase for our new home. I walked in while the manager/ employee was loudly ranting to customers about how the store is not meant to bring children into. Apparently they "can crack their skull open on the side of one of the tables, break his entire stock and run amuck." In his opinion "no responsible parent should be taking their kid into a furniture store" (I'm concerned for those irresponsible parents who have furniture at home!) and "couldn't understand why parents would go shopping with their children and not drop them off at their grandparents" The other woman I walked in with caught my eye and stated in disgust that she'll take her business elsewhere and left. As a mother of two (usually) well behaved children I couldn't think of anything less I'd want to spend my hard earned cash on then a sitter to watch my kids so I can look at patio furniture, especially at this store.

Watch your mouth sir, two customers walked out of your store today because you have a very narrow minded opinion...
