If this was a real franchise location, and not run by Chartwells, Harvey's corporate would have already fired everyone 3 times. It's not that they're bad, the food is fine, and prepared properly.. but the staff are INSANELY slow and disorganized. It's clearly visible watching them work. They don't have a system. Not only is it obvious, but precisely because you can SEE them missing things or taking forever for no reason, it makes it all that much more infuriating. There's no benefit of the doubt to give... When you're standing there watching your burger sit under the warmer while they complete orders that came after you (just as a generic example) it's quite frustrating. I think the staff could do with trying to work at an actual Harvey's restaurant that doesn't stand for that crap.
All that being said, at least we have a Harvey's inside Sheridan. And the staff aren't rude or anything. They just need to get together and work out a system to work with each other, instead of sort of just floating around and waiting for it to fall...

i love harvey’s but now just go to a&w just bc there is no other harvey’s around and it’s just not worth the disappointment anymore.
