what they think are they? I ordered an MOCHA ICED COFFEE WITH VAN SYRUP in exchange of my money i got a hot coffee with ice and barely there was any chocolate and vanilla syrup inside it. Upon request for a refund the girl there offered me another coffee even worse she just added extra ice and then added hot coffee to make it cold making it really watery after I rejected that coffe and was taking the refund she literally stated: "we never got a complain from a customer about our coffee" like every time they're giving perfect coffee, I try to be a nice person for much long but today she crossed her limit, I didn't said anything to her just because I know it's a tough job but when I said that I was exhausted and really required an Iced Coffee she replied "haa, I know you're always exhausted" I was so mad but had a class so left. I really request there owner to please look after their staff how they're behaving and what they're doing all day. I have been going there for two and half years now, and the iced coffee is consistently abhorrent. Either burned, old, too much milk or sugar or both, or watered down into swill. The only thing that feels consistent is the baked goods as I assume they use premade dough just popped into an oven, but even those could be better as they got rid of the best item on the menu (ie. cheese croissant). Please don’t get me started on the inconsistency of the food. And be warned if you do buy something that’s more than a cup of water. You will be waiting a minimum of 20 minutes in a packed corral.
