We bought kebobs plus traditional Persian yogurt call “ mast moosir “. First of all once I was heading back from the store, a lady called and said the order they gave me is wrong and I have to go back to replace it even though she confirmed my order with me more than 3 times on the phone and in person. We said mistake happens but once I reached home and opened the yogurt package , we noticed it is expired and moldy already as you can see in the picture. We didn’t go back as the food would go bad and cold and we had multiple guests at home which they saw it too. We got mad but still didn’t bother to go back again but we did call to let them know.
There is a lady who works there that she has terrible attitude when it comes to customer service even if you just want to buy a simple thing from her and she makes you so uncomfortable. She start laughing at what we say and completely ignored what we are talking about as she mentioned how she knows we are not lying about it, I got really mad because at least I expected an apology before starting talking to me like that. I told her I will go back right away to show her, again she laughed and said “ no no you don’t need to come back l, ok you want me to say sorry, ok I’m sorry”.
Anyways, unfortunately there weren’t many Persian store near us beside of them and we were so happy to find them but after this and specially not just for food JUST because of her and her attitude, not just me I told all my neighbors and other Persian friends to never try their store to buy anything from and we won’t go...
Read moreOur dining experience at this Persian restaurant on Monday afternoon was nothing short of a sensational culinary journey. The instant we stepped inside, we were enveloped in an ambiance that artfully blended traditional Persian charm with modern comforts.
The food was a glorious revelation of Persian flavors. We had the Koobideh and Joojeh - two quintessential Persian dishes. The Koobideh, a delectably seasoned ground meat kebab, was juicy and well-cooked, served with fluffy, flavorful rice. The Joojeh, grilled chicken marinated in a delightful saffron-lime mixture, was equally impressive - tender, succulent, and bursting with flavors that immediately transported us to the heart of Persia. The portions were also generous, ensuring a satisfying meal that was worth every penny.
A special mention must be made of the staff - their warmth and friendliness exceeded our expectations. The lady who served us was exceptionally welcoming, making us feel comfortable and at ease. Her knowledge about the menu was remarkable, and her recommendations were spot-on, further enhancing our dining experience.
In conclusion, this restaurant offers an outstanding Persian dining experience with its sumptuous food, generous portions, and superb service. If you are in search of authentic Persian cuisine, look no further - this restaurant is a must-visit. We're already looking forward to...
