smoothies are great but the owner is very aggressive and rude. I was holding my 12 pound dog and getting takeout, she came into the store saying āthis is my place, i donāt think weāre allowed to have dogs in hereā. As a restaurant owner she should clearly know the rules of her āplaceā aka store, then proceeded to tell us to wait outside while we havenāt even placed an order and been standing around for 5 minutes getting no attention from any of the workers. She then proceeded to tell the cashier that we will have to wait outside after placing our order due to the fact i am holding a 12 pound dog in my hands. Understanding that not all businesses allow dogs, we can understand her asking us to keep the dog outside. At no point during the 5 minutes of us standing alone in the store did any of the 5 other employees tell us we cannot have the dog, in fact they told us he was very cute. All employees should follow the same no dog policy, should that be the case. The manner in which the situation was addressed was extremely passive aggressive and made our experience far worse than need be. This is the second time we have tried to go to this location, the first time the store was closed in the middle of the day, with no posted signage to indicate the closures. Call ahead to ask if they are open to save...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreListen, I don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this review because smoothies and juices are me and my son's thing, and today we tried Qwench for the first time, and absolutely hated it. I had the Clean Green and my son had the Goliath. Imagine my shock when I took one sip and could drink no more. This was the worst juice I had ever tasted, and I have had juices from a variety of other establishments, and across quite a vast geographic spread. This one was tasteless. Simply horrible. My goodness, McDonald's smoothies and juices are far better, and I am no MacDonald's frequent flyer. On top of that I paid over $20 for two regular size drinks, and we both found the drinks simply awful. My son got through his, but found doing so a real challenge. Mine is in the fridge, and I will try to re-work it tomorrow to enable me to drink it. The two stars given was for the decor and cleanliness of the place. There is no price value, and we will not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust visited Quench for the first time. This is also my first time making a review for any business. I ordered the Blue smoothie with vegan protein. Got the smoothie, took one sip and it was not blended properly (chunky, not enough liquid) and it also had what tasted like chunks of protein powder in it. I went back in and told the staff person. She took off the lid, stirred it around and did not speak. I kindly said I would like another smoothie or for this one to be blended. She scoffed and told me she would have to charge me again so which I said no. Then she told me I was only getting a snack size. Again I said no, this was not made properly. She begrudgingly made me another one but was incredibly rude. So disappointed with the way this was handled. A first time customer who...
