Sunny Morning Breakfast & Lunch (Oakville) — Restaurant in Oakville

This might be a weird thing to say in a review but I was very impressed with how clean everything was. The dining room and my table were very clean and orderly and when I went to the bathroom I was happy to see the polish and shine and the general state of cleanliness that this place has adopted.

With regard to our meal everything was hot and well cooked. I thought there was good value in the $16.50 I spent on my meal with 3 eggs, 4 pieces of meat, 2 French toast (egg bread and not cheap stuff) and a choice of side.

Our server Stephanie was extremely pleasant and easy going. She worked fast and efficiently and overall her service made our brunch date significantly more enjoyable. She expressed to me that she handles a lot of the cleaning in the restaurant and I really appreciate her effort. I noticed things like under our table was spotless without any crumbs or leftover food. Very impressed with the state of this restaurant and the quality of our meal that we had here.

To the manager of this establishment, I am sure that you treat your staff well as they all seemed friendly and I could see that everyone was working together as a team. You should be proud of the service that you can provide and I hope that your staff gets some recognition for the hard work that they have put in to making this restaurant...

The overall experience here was very disappointing, my husband and I went here for brunch on a Sunday. after being seated we didn’t see our server for 20 -30 minutes, people who had arrived after us and were seated in a different section were served their drinks before our server even acknowledged us, once I eventually said something to the hostess she brought us out drinks and informed the server we were still waiting and she stated “yes I know I haven’t had a chance to get there yet” as she walked by…since it was busy we decided to still give it a chance of not being a bad experience However it just got worse from there, after waiting another 15 minutes or so she finally came over to take out order. It took over an hour for our food to arrive, my husbands steak was cooked incorrectly as he has asked for well done and it was still visibly pink, food was mediocre and defiantly not worth an hour wait, the waitress has to be found every time I needed a coffee refill as she did not come to check on us at all and there were many people having the same experience as people were going around looking for their servers and complaining. Horribly managed and horrible service....

Had breakfast here this morning with a friend. We needed a spot to go to in the area, looked at reviews and chose this spot. I think I was once at the Etobicoke location.

It’s a nice, airy restaurant with comfy booths. Our server was efficient and friendly. Always coming around to make sure we were well taken care of. I had a tea to start and it was served piping hot in a little teapot which I like.

I had an omelette, with fruit and toast. Adding fruit as a side was a bit extra but worth it. The omelette had just the right amount of tasty ingredients, including feta, and cooked perfectly. It was excellent. The toast was cooked well and the fruit was fresh and a good serving. My friend had eggs, sausage, home fries and toast. She shared some sausage and home fries. They were both excellent as well. The sausage was tasty and cooked well. The home fries were amazing; cooked perfectly and a nice seasoning.

It’s a bit on the pricey side, but with inflation everything is nowadays. But well worth it for great quality food and fresh ingredients. Overall an excellent experience and I would...
