I recently visited the Tim Hortons located in Marlborough in Rabba on August 8, 2024, at 6:40 PM, and had a disappointing experience. I attempted to redeem a $1 French Vanilla using a valid survey code that I received after purchasing at another Tim Hortons location. However, the staff at this store denied my request, claiming that the survey code was not valid at their location since it was from a purchase made at an another store .
According to Tim Hortons’ own website, survey codes should be redeemable at any location, which makes this situation even more frustrating. Despite explaining this to the staff, they refused to honor the code. In the end, I had to pay the full price for an iced coffee. When I asked for a receipt, the one they provided had no survey code. After pointing this out, they gave me another receipt, which was strange because it didn’t even belong to my order.
This inconsistency raises concerns about the handling of customer feedback and survey codes at this location. I’m sharing this review in hopes that management will address this issue. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and consistency across Tim Hortons locations. I hope that my next visit will reflect the quality and customer service that Tim Hortons is known for.
I’m uploading all the images and hope that action will be taken regarding this issue. I have already filed a complaint with Tim...
Read moreLiterally the worst tims you can go to. Always closes their mobile orders at LEAST 2 hours before close, and they never want to make ice capps after 9pm because apparently they’re “cleaning the machine” …. Every single night… (psa ive worked at tims before, you do nOt need to clean it every night). More than half of the nightly staff will straight up ignore mobile orders and when you go to order in person, you’ll find that they are hiding in the back on their phone and wont come out until you shout for them (ive even caught several staff calling somebody on shift and will stay on facetime even when helping a customer). The morning staff will also ignore mobile orders in a rush and ive even been told before that i shouldve waited in line instead. I missed my bus because of them that time. Their ice capps are always watery and tastes like straight up cream.
TDLR; this tims sucks + will literally hate you for being a regular & they always slack off in the back...

This is a small Tim Hortons located inside the Rabba store — but don’t let the size fool you. The baristas here are experienced, professional, and always provide fast, high-quality service.
All coffee and baked goods are take-out only — there are no tables or seating inside. But the service is so efficient that it’s perfect for a quick grab-and-go stop.
What I really appreciate is that there are almost never any lines. No matter when you come, chances are you’ll be first. That makes the experience smooth and stress-free.
There’s a large parking lot right outside with plenty of available spots, which adds to the convenience.
Compared to nearby Tim Hortons locations at 2355 Trafalgar Rd and 386 Iroquois Shore Rd, this one is much quieter. While that may not be great for business, it’s definitely a plus for customers.
Highly recommended for anyone in Oakville looking for quick, calm, and...
