How did they mess up bagels and coffee?!

Ordered two toasted bagels, one with cream cheese, one with butter, and an iced coffee.

The iced coffee was served in a branded Slush Puppy cup, like the yellow and colourful kids' drink cup... Not exactly the kind of vibe we expected from a cafe.

A full 10 to 15 painstaking minutes later, our bagels were finally ready. Neither was anywhere close to toasted. The one with butter was an inedible mess because there was so much butter (maybe margarine?) slathered all over it that was not melted due to the bagel being lukewarm.

My 17 year old daughter went to this cafe and she ordered eggs, however, while she was eating she found a huge egg shell in the food. So she then went to tell the owner and the chef very poliety what the issue is. Unfortunately they started insulting her in Arabic because they thought she wouldn’t understand them. She even asked the owner if it was acceptable to insult a 17 year old and talk to her in that manner and the owner responded that its okay to swear at customers as long as its not in their face.They also refused to change her food or give her a refund. Horrible service, disrespectful...

［Updated on Jan 24, 2024: Even worse as someone bought me a beef Shawarma rice bowl. A little bit of beef tasting bad as well, with no vegetables or anything else!

Who would want a bowl with do much rice and little beef??? I include the picture here.

Don't bother this place, folks, as they don't seem care anyway.
