Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

I placed an order last night (Mar 17) for a pizza and cinnamon bites and when it arrived I realized we received garlic bites instead of the cinnamon bites. A simple mistake that can be fixed quickly. I contacted the store and was told by a girl (Kusum) they would send the cinnamon bites in 30 min or more. I replied back by asking 30 min? Our order got messed up and it’ll take that long. Kusum said there are 4 orders in front of you and your cinnamon bites have to cook. I then said we should be served first because of the mistake. She replied back by saying ok I’ll do my best to get it there sooner. 40 minutes goes by and they still hadn’t arrived so I contacted the store again. This time it was a guy I spoke to and he assured me they were on their way and then hung up on me. Another 15 minutes went by and they still haven’t arrived so I contacted the store once more. I spoke to a girl (Kusum) who said they were out for delivery and should be there any minute. Then she passed the phone to the other guy (employee) that was working last night and he said it’ll be Free next order and your order is on its way. After another 10 minutes when they hadn’t arrived I got fed up and drove into the store to get my cinnamon bites (that I paid to have delivered). The staff (Kusum, and the other staff member who refused to give his name and covered his name tag) were not helpful at all and it looked like it was a game to them. If I didn’t drive to the store it would have closed and we never would have got our food. This whole ordeal took over 2+ hours I finally received my cinnamon bites. I never write bad reviews because I believe if it’s a true mistake and it gets fixed correctly then that’s fine. We all make mistakes but this was one of the worst customer service I...

Decided to try the 50% off pizzas this week-i like to get a cple of them and freeze them for later.. i ordered the philly cheese steak and the extravaganza..ive never tried these before.. not disappointed at all!..tons of toppings and cheese and the crust was perfect..i tried a slice when i got home-done to perfection..the crust wasnt super thin but a normal crust-held up the toppings and was like cardboard-nice and chewy and great flavor..and for $10.49 it was a great deal.. I have ordered here before and it was just ok-maybe it depends how busy and what time..i ordered for a 2.15 pick up so it was quiet.. where i live i cant get a pizza unless i drive to beaverton or orillia so i figured its a rainy day lets try again-glad i did as these were well worth the drive..follow up=yep just picked up 3 large pizzas at the 50% off this week..they freeze great so for me its a no brainer when they are a special to top up as im not near any half decent pizza places..again not dissapointed!..lots of toppings and tried the feta and spinach in white sauce-awesome!..just picked up 2 large 3 topping pizzas today-feb6/25..couldnt be happier with the amount of toppings and when they have deals on even better!..I always get at least 2 and take them home and put them in freezer bags for when i feel like a slice or 2..freezes perfectly..friendly staff and a super clean store..amazing deals all the time-generous toppings..and when they have a special that donates...

We called before 1 am for a delivery, the man on the phone was hard to understand to begin with and didn’t repeat our phone number nor address back to us- we spoke very clearly and he didn’t ask us to repeat so naturally we assumed that he understood us. Told us it would be 30-40 minutes for the pizza. Flash forward AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES, no pizza. We decided to call, it was the same guy as before and claimed that the pizza was already delivered. We said that was impossible as we hadn’t paid for anything and had been waiting on our phones the last hour and twenty minutes. He then claimed that he called a number and that the police answered which made literally zero sense. He offered us no solution and simply said “sorry ma’am but we are closed”. He has very poor phone etiquette and honestly we were really disappointed with the service. Stayed up far later than needed for a pizza that never came. Also had this issue with a coworker the other day who had ordered a pizza at 6 pm for an 8 pm delivery. Come 8:30, the pizza hadn’t arrived, and when she called, the same guy who answered the phone tonight said that the pizza wasn’t even ready and was still in the oven. Not sure what’s going on with Dominoes but they’ve gone downhill and need to improve on timeliness and customer...
