I was looking for the zero Star button. Call to order a pizza. The "lady" on the other end of rude, grouchy, and had NO telephone manners or etiquette. No wonder her customers AND employees are leaving. After taking my order asked for my delivery details. HELLO, I wasn't finished ordering. Then she tells me it will be 1.5 hours, probably 2. For a long time Gerry's was our preferred place in the area. But the quality seems to decline in correlation with the price increases. I also find they're sneaking in extra fees in. They charge for delivery, offer a tip option on debit and then charge a debit fee. Feels like I'm paying three times for delivery. Honestly, take time time to drive to Chatham and get Konstantinos. Far better quality and waaaay cheaper ...($4 difference between deals and Konstantinos offers and extra 1/2 pound wings,...

We just had a long drive fron toronto very hungry we bought fish and chips for 16.00 there totally disappointed being friends recommended it from there it was highliner triangle boxed fish and chips the inside was uncooked very little fries. I expected homemade battered right there on the spot fish and chips the coleslaw had a bad odor to it .I give them a zero points yuk never again .Jerry you need to change your price not worth the money and make homemade from scratch...
