Godfathers Pizza - Ridgetown — Restaurant in Ontario

I’ve been ordering expensive food from this godfathers for close to a year now and have not made any complaints even when I had reason. I ordered 2 large panzerotti and was concerned about the one that clearly looks messed up and smaller. I was told I got the “right” amount of dough, toppings and nothing they would do to make me happy. So my company was tasting something off with his meal and started to check it out and found raw dough and asked me to check mine. I had way more dough on mine so I wasn’t surprised when I found a lot of raw dough. If you just pick it off .. you get half the meal you paid $47 to eat. So no one wants to order a panzerotti and only have to eat the middle. Clearly it’s all raw and on both sides of them. I wasn’t about to call back when I was rudely told I got what I ordered and there wasn’t anything she would do. We staying where I don’t have access to an oven I’ll have to put it in the air fryer and never make the mistake of ordering from here again. Not the first time we got...

This was my first and last time ordering at this place. Super disappointed with the service and quality of the food.

I ordered two panzerottis and garlic sticks, the garlic sticks were the only decent thing in my order. When inquired the size differences of the panzerottis, the staff couldn’t explain anything and had to ask the manager. When I got the panzerottis, the sauce was absolutely DISGUSTING!! It tasted like bad wine, was super fermented and literally fizzed in your mouth. Thank god they left it on the side, because it would have been impossible to eat anything with it. The pepperonis and mushrooms weren’t cooked well either.

Super disappointed overall, I’ve never been served spoiled food at any restaurant. This Ridgetown location must be hit or miss depending on...

So i just spent $40 on a large pizza and two pounds of wings for pick up here. And there was no sauce on my wings like a asked. So i call them back and the lady was like what do you want me to do about it ? I asked for her to fix it and she said she cant put them back threw cross contaminants. .. okay.
